Q. How does the rental process work?

A. Lending is made easy in four simple steps. Refer to our how it works tab on our homepage.

Q. What date do I select when booking my garment?

A. Please book for the date you are wearing the garment, as the return date is based off this. 

Q. How are Lend the Trends environmentally friendly?

A. Sustainability is a strong value to us and we do our best to be ethical and environmentally friendly where we can. Refer to our sustainability tab on our homepage. 

Q. Can I try on?

A. Our try on service is by appointment only at 

Q. How does the cleaning work? 

A. We cover the standard cleaning of your garment, so send it back to us as is. Any marks out of our cleaning standard will need to be covered by you, as per our T&C's. 

Q. What if I don't like my garment or it doesn't fit?

A. We do not compensate with a store credit or refund for this. However, if you are based in Auckland, we may be able to swap your garment for you if you pop in to our HQ (at our sole discretion). 

Q. My event got cancelled, what happens now? 

A. Unless your event is cancelled due to COVID-19 level restrictions, we are unable to offer refunds or

Q. When do I expect to receive my order? 

A. We aim to have your order with you 1-3 days before your event. However, the standard delivery time is one day before your event. 

Q. When is the latest I can order? 

A. To ensure your order gets to you on time, please try and place your orders as early as possible. We offer nationwide delivery for standard orders with a cut off time of 2pm Thursday, or Saturday delivery for all orders placed out of this time. We also have local Auckland pick ups through the week.

Q. Do you deliver nationwide?

A. Yes! Select your postal option via our check out, for rural and standard delivery.


Q. How do I return my rental? 

A. Simply pop your return in the pre-paid postage bag provided one working day after your event. 

Q. What I loose my returns parcel?

A. Please contact us immediately for our postal address and we will tell you the next steps.

Q. When do I need to return my rental? 

A. To avoid late fees, please ensure your rental is returned the next working day after your event.
